Our Private Pilot License (PPL) course is the foundation of all flight training and your gateway to becoming a certified pilot. Whether you're flying for fun or starting a professional aviation career, this course equips you with the skills and knowledge to operate a single-engine aircraft safely and confidently.

Course Highlights

Ground School: In-depth instruction covering aviation theory, navigation, meteorology, rules and regulations, flight planning, and aircraft systems.

  • Flight Training: Minimum of 40 flight hours*, including:

    • Dual instruction with a certified flight instructor

    • Solo flight time to build confidence and proficiency

    • Cross-country and night flying experience

  • Examinations:

    • Written knowledge test

    • Final check ride with a designated examiner

Requirements

  • Be at least 17 years of age. You can start training at 16.

  • Read, speak, write, and understand English

  • Be able to obtain at least a current 3rd medical certification

  • Receive a minimum of 40 hours of flight time including solo flight but it usually takes most students more than 40 hours.

  • Pass knowledge test as well as the practical test.
